Terms of Use

ZJIGGIT games and zjiggit.com

Effective date: October 22, 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and ZJIGGIT LLC, an Idaho limited liability company ("ZJIGGIT," "we," "us"). They cover ZJIGGIT games (our mobile apps) (each a "game") and our website zjiggit.com (the "site"). By installing or playing a game, or using the site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

These terms work alongside the Google Play Terms of Service, which also apply when you get a game from Google Play. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. If a particular game has extra terms, its store listing or in-game screens will say so, and those extra terms apply to that game along with these.

1. Children and parents

Our games are made for all ages. If you are under 18 (or under the age of adulthood where you live), a parent or legal guardian must agree to these terms for you. Parents and guardians: by letting your child use a game, you agree to these terms on your child's behalf and are responsible for purchases made with your Google account. Google Play lets you require a password or Family Link approval before any purchase.

2. Your license to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and play our games for your own non-commercial use on devices you own or control, under these terms and the Google Play Terms of Service. We keep all rights we don't expressly give you. Our games are licensed to you, not sold.

3. Optional in-app purchases

  • What you get. Some of our games are free to download and offer an optional in-app purchase, for example a one-time purchase that unlocks the full game. Google Play shows you the price, in your local currency and including any tax, before you buy. A purchase gives you a license to the content it unlocks in that game. It is not a purchase of goods, has no cash value, and can't be transferred or resold.
  • What kind of purchase. The store listing and the purchase screen tell you what each purchase is. Unless they say otherwise, a purchase is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and doesn't renew.
  • Tied to your Google account. A purchase belongs to the Google account that bought it. To restore it after reinstalling or on a new device, sign in to Google Play with the same account and open the game. Google Play's Family Library generally does not share in-app purchases with family members.
  • Payment. Google Play handles all payments under its own terms. We never see your card or payment details.
  • Updates. We may update or improve our games. We won't intentionally remove the main content you paid to unlock, except where we must for legal, security, or technical reasons. If that happens, we'll try to offer a fix or a refund.

4. Refunds

  • Within 48 hours of buying, you can usually ask Google for a refund. See Google's refund policies and how to request a refund.
  • After 48 hours, email us at support@zjiggit.com with your order number (it starts with "GPA."). We'll refund any request made within 30 days of purchase, no questions asked. After 30 days, we'll still refund you if the purchase doesn't work and we can't fix it.
  • Purchases a child made without permission: Google has a process for this; see Google's refund policies above, or contact us and we'll help.
  • If you get a refund, the content the purchase unlocked will be locked again.
  • Nothing in these terms limits any refund or cancellation rights you have under the law where you live.

5. What you may not do

Please don't:

  • copy, sell, rent, or share our games or their purchases, or offer them for download anywhere else;
  • get around a purchase check or unlock paid content without paying;
  • reverse engineer or modify our games, except where the law allows this despite this limit, or where an open-source license for a part of a game allows it;
  • use our games' art, characters, or names in your own products or merchandise; or
  • use our games or the site in any unlawful way, or in a way that harms the site or other people.

You're welcome to take screenshots and record or stream your gameplay, including on channels that earn money, as long as you don't claim our games or their art as your own or suggest we endorse you.

6. Who owns what

Our games, their art, characters, music, text, and code, and the name ZJIGGIT™ and our game names, belong to ZJIGGIT LLC or its licensors. Our games may use open-source software under its own licenses, listed in each game's credits or licenses screen. Those licenses apply to those parts, and nothing in these terms limits the rights they give you. Names of traditional games or game rules that appear in our games belong to no one, and we don't claim to own them.

7. No warranty

We work hard to make our games fun and reliable, but to the extent the law allows, our games and the site are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise our games will be error-free or work on every device. Some places don't allow these exclusions, so they may not all apply to you, and they don't affect any consumer rights or guarantees you have by law.

8. Limits on our liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from our games or the site; and
  • our total liability for any claim about a game or the site is limited to the greater of what you paid us for that game in the 12 months before the claim, or ten U.S. dollars.

These limits don't apply to liability that can't be limited by law, such as for our fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct, or for death or personal injury we cause by negligence. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho and applicable U.S. federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you have a problem, please email us first; most issues can be fixed quickly. If we can't resolve it, either of us may bring a claim in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, or in a small-claims court that has jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living outside the U.S., you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and may also bring claims in your local courts.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms, for example when we release a new game, add features, or when the law changes. We'll post the new version at zjiggit.com/terms.html with a new effective date. For important changes, we'll also give notice on the site or in the affected game's store listing before they take effect. Changes won't apply to purchases or disputes that happened before the change. If you don't agree with a change, you can stop using our games and the site.

11. Other things

If a part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies. If we don't enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. These terms, the Privacy Policy, any extra terms for a particular game, and the Google Play Terms of Service are the whole agreement about our games. If these terms conflict with the terms Google requires between developers and users, Google's terms control for that point.

12. Website terms

The site gives information about ZJIGGIT and our games. You may view and share links to it, and print pages for personal use. Please don't copy the site's art or text for commercial use, scrape it in bulk, or try to disrupt or break into it. Links to other sites, such as Google Play, go to services we don't control, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. Sections 6 to 11 also apply to the site.
