Privacy Policy
ZJIGGIT games and zjiggit.com
Effective date: October 22, 2026
This policy explains how ZJIGGIT LLC ("ZJIGGIT," "we," "us") handles information in ZJIGGIT games (our mobile apps) (each a "game") and on our website, zjiggit.com (the "site"). Our games are available for Android on Google Play.
This policy describes how ZJIGGIT games work. If a particular game ever works differently (for example, if it adds a feature that collects or shares information), its store listing and an update to this policy will say so before that game is released.
The short version
- Our games have no ads, no analytics, no crash-reporting tools, no accounts, and no sign-in.
- Our games do not collect personal information from anyone, including children, and do not send your gameplay data to us. We don't run servers that store player data.
- Your progress and settings stay on your device. Android may back them up to your Google account, but we can't see those backups.
- If a game offers an in-app purchase and you buy it, Google Play handles the payment. Google gives us limited order details, such as an order number and purchase status. We never see your card or other payment details.
- Our website has no analytics, ads, forms, or trackers, and sets no cookies of its own (our host may use a strictly necessary security cookie; see "Hosting" below).
- Google and our web host may collect some technical information under their own policies, as explained below.
Who we are
ZJIGGIT LLC is a small independent game studio organized in Idaho, USA. We make our games, run the site, and are responsible for the limited information described here.
- Email (privacy contact): support@zjiggit.com
- Mail: ZJIGGIT LLC, 784 S Clearwater Loop Ste R, Post Falls, ID 83854, USA
- Website: https://zjiggit.com
What our games do not collect
Our games do not ask for, collect, or send us:
- your name, email address, phone number, or address
- your contacts, photos, files, or location
- advertising IDs or other device identifiers
- gameplay data, usage statistics, or crash reports
Our games have no chat or social features and don't let players share anything with other people. Our games don't connect to the internet themselves. Purchases go through the Google Play app, as described below. Links, such as the link to this policy, open in your web browser.
Information stored on your device
A game may save your progress, statistics, settings, and whether you've made an in-app purchase. This data stays on your device and isn't sent to us.
Android backup. If backup is turned on in your device settings, Android may back up this game data to your Google account so you can restore it on a new device. Google handles those backups under its own terms and privacy policy. We can't access them.
Purchases through Google Play
Some of our games may be free to download and offer optional in-app purchases, for example to unlock the full game. Google Play handles the payment. It collects your payment details directly and processes them under the Google Payments Privacy Notice and the Google Privacy Policy. We never receive your card number or other payment details.
On your device. When you make a purchase, Google Play sends the game details of the purchase, such as the product, the order ID, and a purchase token. The game uses these details on your device to check the purchase and unlock what you bought, and then confirms the purchase back to Google Play. The game does not send these details to us.
What Google shows us. Like every Google Play seller, we can see order information about our sales in our Google Play Console account and financial reports. This includes the order ID, date, product, price, taxes, and order status (for example, charged or refunded). It also includes general details such as the buyer's country, the device model, and in some cases a state, city, or postal code used for tax purposes. We can look up a specific order by its order ID, or by the buyer's email address if the buyer gives it to us. We use this information only to manage sales, handle refunds and support requests, prevent fraud, and keep tax and accounting records. We don't use it for marketing, and we don't sell it.
Restoring your purchase. Your purchase is tied to the Google account that bought it. If you reinstall the game or move to a new device using the same Google account, Google Play lets the game restore your purchase.
Information Google may collect
Our games run on Android and are distributed through Google Play. Google may collect information about your device and how apps run on it, for example crash and performance data for Android vitals from users who chose to share usage and diagnostics data. Google collects this as the operator of Android and Google Play, under the Google Privacy Policy, not on our behalf. Google may show us summary reports, such as crash rates and install counts by country or device type. Those reports don't identify you to us. You can manage these settings in your device and Google account settings.
Our website
The site is a plain static website. It has no accounts, forms, ads, analytics, tracking pixels, or third-party scripts, and it sets no cookies of its own (see "Hosting" below for the one security cookie our host may use), and its fonts are served from our own site rather than a third-party font service.
Hosting. Our website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages, a service of Cloudflare, Inc., which also provides our domain's DNS. Like any web host, Cloudflare necessarily receives visitors' IP addresses and standard request details (such as the page requested, time, browser type, and referring page) so it can deliver pages to you and protect the site from attacks and abuse. Cloudflare may process this information in the United States and other countries, and it handles it under its own privacy policy. Our site doesn't use cookies, analytics, or tracking tools of its own, and we haven't turned on Cloudflare's web analytics. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie in some cases to tell real visitors from bots.
Server logs. Server or access logs that record these request details, including IP addresses, may be kept. If we keep them, we use them only for security and operations (for example, to stop abuse and fix problems), we don't use them to identify or profile visitors, and we delete them within 30 days.
Email links. The "contact" link opens your own email app. Nothing is sent to us unless you choose to send an email.
Children's privacy
Our games are designed for players of all ages, including children under 13.
- We don't collect personal information from children through our games or the site, and none of them contains ad, analytics, or other third-party tools that collect it. That's why our games don't ask for anyone's age and don't need parental consent.
- Our games have no ads, no chat, no social features, and no sign-in.
- We follow the Google Play Families Policies.
- Purchases go through Google Play. Parents can use Google Play's parental controls and Family Link to require approval for purchases.
- If a child emails us, we will use the email address only to reply once, and then we will delete the message and the address. If we learn that we have received any other personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it.
Parents: If you think your child has sent us personal information, email us at support@zjiggit.com. We'll tell you what, if anything, we have and delete it at your request. Because our games and site don't collect personal information, there's usually nothing to review or delete.
When you email us
If you email us, we receive your email address, what you write, and anything you attach. We use it only to answer you and to improve our games. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace (Google LLC).
How long we keep information and how to delete it
- Game data on your device: It stays until you clear the game's storage or uninstall the game. Uninstalling removes it from your device. Copies in your Android backup are controlled by your device and Google account backup settings.
- Purchases: Your purchase stays tied to your Google account so you can restore it. Google keeps order records under its own policies. We keep the order information we receive only as long as we need it for sales, support, refunds, and tax and accounting records, generally up to 7 years.
- Emails: We keep support emails for up to 2 years after the conversation ends, unless we need them longer for a legal reason. We delete children's emails as described above.
- Website logs (if any): See "Server logs" above.
To ask us to delete information we hold, email us. We may need to keep some records, such as sales records, when the law requires it.
Security
Our games store their data in Android's private app storage. We don't run any servers that store player data. The site is served only over HTTPS. We protect our business accounts with reasonable measures, such as strong passwords and two-step verification. No method of storage or transmission is perfectly secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
Your privacy rights
U.S. residents. Depending on your state, you may have the right to ask what personal information we have about you, to get a copy, to correct it, or to delete it. You may also have the right to opt out of the sale of your information, targeted advertising, or profiling. We don't sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising or profiling. To make a request, email us. We may need to confirm the request is yours, for example by asking for your order ID. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer. We won't treat you differently for using your rights. Neither our games nor the site track you across apps or websites, so "Do Not Track" and similar browser signals don't change how they work.
EEA, UK, and Switzerland. ZJIGGIT LLC is the controller of the limited personal information we receive: order information from Google Play, emails you send us, and any website logs we keep. We use it to sell and support our games (performance of a contract), to meet tax and accounting duties (legal obligation), and to answer your messages, secure the site, and prevent fraud (legitimate interests). You can ask to access, correct, delete, or restrict this information, ask to receive a copy of it, or object to how we use it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority. We're based in the United States, so we process information there. Google and our website host handle their own processing under their own terms and privacy policies, including how they transfer data internationally.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll post the new version at https://zjiggit.com/privacy.html and update the effective date. If a game we release will work differently from what this policy describes, we'll update this policy (and that game's store listing will say so) before that game is released. If we ever plan to start collecting personal information from children, we'll first update this policy and get parental consent where the law requires it.
